Advancement Talent Management ensures that the University of Toronto is committed to attracting, developing and growing the very best advancement professionals to meet our collective goals and strategic initiatives.
Led by Executive Director, Strategic Planning and Advancement Organizational Development, Mila Miller, the department supports the advancement employee experience through all stages of the employee life cycle, in addition to cultivating engagement through awards and recognition. Fostering U of T’s learning culture, the Advancement Talent Management team leads the Advancement College, an in-house program for staff offering regular learning opportunities on a variety of advancement-related topics.
