Reporting to the Office of the Vice-President, Advancement, Advancement’s Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (OEDI) leads and enhances strategic initiatives that embody the value of intentional inclusion by fostering a welcoming, accessible and respectful environment that honours diverse experiences, identities and perspectives.
The OEDI works collaboratively with internal stakeholders to provide leadership, build capacity, support system navigation and advance equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives that enable all members of our Advancement community to thrive.
Recognizing that strengthening our equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging efforts is an active, ongoing and systemic process, the OEDI is committed to accountability and transparency as we continue our journey of shaping a culture of inclusive excellence in Advancement.
