Business Affairs & Gift Planning
Business Affairs & Gift Planning directs the Gift Planning office; aids in complex gift negotiations and issues management; oversees fulfilment of University advancement policies, guidelines, procedures and gift agreements, and advises on matching opportunities, counting, gift acceptance, recognition, naming, and valuation.
Led by Counsel, Business Affairs and Advancement, Tad Brown, the team also supports the work of the University of Toronto (Hong Kong) Foundation and the Associates of the University of Toronto Inc.
What We Do
- Manage Gift Planning office and all services related
- Provide legal services for all DUA activity, including gift agreements and contracts
