Advancement Services

Advancement Services manages all of DUA’s finance and administration, including planning and budget, operations, procurement, facilities, knowledge and information management, and human resources. This includes managing the advancement database and all matters dealing with DUA’s information technology such as networking, security, reporting services, and application training. Led by Chief Operating Officer Raj Sharda, the department is also responsible for donations management, fund creation, gift processing and receipting, and biographic record keeping.
